Tonight we were having everyone setup an account to setup the app. In doing so once of the guests used another persons reservation ID # and she now shows in their room and not her own. It will not even pull up her correct reservation id #. Is there a way to delete what they did and get back her actual room? Pattycruise Posted June 18, 2023 Report Share Posted June 18, 2023 Sounds like a glitch of some sort. if the original reservation confirmation booking shows who belongs to the reservation and this person wasn’t assigned on that they cannot add themselves to it. I know I’ve added reservations and accidentally clicked “my sailing” and in the app my family members sailing showed as mine. A call to royal Caribbean had it fixed.
