Geezer Of The Seas
https://www.floridatoday.com/story/money/business/2024/05/09/port-canaveral-to-build-new-cruise-terminal-garage-on-north-side/73621034007/ Wonder if they had tenant resistance to what was originally announced for the South side of the basin? The linked article indicated the Berth 8 pier/bulkhead will be extended to 1300' and CT 5's 150'. Seems like Berth 8 site could accomodate Oasis or Icon class, but sure seems like a tight fit in that basin.
StayFrosty Posted yesterday at 12:06 PM Report Share Posted yesterday at 12:06 PM I was on Oasis last summer and we docked at Terminal 6. So there is no problem having big ships at that end of the port.
