Lexster
So, I was just watching a video about First Class breakfast on the Titanic and one of the items was shirred eggs. It's eggs backed in a little dish surrounded by bread crumbs. I'm wondering if anyone has ever tried getting this on a RC ship. I'd never heard of it, but I'd love to try it. FireFishII
I had to look up that recipe. Basically, shirred eggs are baked in a buttered ramekin, floating in cream, and topped with salt, pepper, and Parmesan cheese. Topped with garlic breadcrumbs, chives, or scallions. Baked at either 325 or 375 degrees for 11 to 15 minutes. Sounds good. I may try this on Saturday. fireclan, PPPJJ-GCVAB and Ryan79
smokeybandit
So it's basically a cheesy reverse french toast? FireFishII

Why: Not enough breading and no cinnamon. But other than that - why yes! LOL
