I thought they were windowed rooms like on the promenade on Adventure, etc. so I was excited today to realize there were balcony. Has anyone been in one of these rooms? Are they good? What it's just above and what it's just below. JohnK6404 Posted January 2, 2023 Report Share Posted January 2, 2023 Hi @Bowen! We had adjacent CP balcony rooms on Allure back in 2019 (11203 & 11205). You can ask the cabin attendant to open the balcony divider if you prefer so you can share the larger space. We thought it was a nice compromise when an OV balcony was a little too expensive. You still get an outdoor space and some fresh air. True, especially in the day, you are on display if you sit out on your balcony (balconies on other side of CP can see you clearly). You also will get plenty of noise spilling over from the pool decks above during the day of course, but we did not spend much time in the cabin during the day (and the closed balcony door silences most of the noise). We spent most of our time out on the balcony in the evenings when the lighting in Central Park is dimmer and more romantic/peaceful. You can people watch and/or listen to live musicians playing down below in the park. Believe it or not, it can get breezy in CP when you are at sea. The air circulates through the park. It's also very peaceful in the early morning. Two weeks ago we had 12605 and 12607. We could hear music in the park, but we avoided the balcony during the colder days departing/arriving Galveston.
