Travel info and arrival time all OK accepted in app. Issue is with the photos of certificate, tried landscape and also portrait on 2 different phones but always says the snap does not fit into box. It is more or less normal for there to be delays in validation. Make sure to take original cards to your port at embarkation. Regardless of what is uploaded, you will be asked to produce originals. SPS Posted August 3, 2022 Report Share Posted August 3, 2022 Don't worry about the "Validation in Progress" for your vax cards. These validations take a good amount of time to go through and even if the app never lists it/them as validated, it doesn't red flag you from boarding since you will need to present your originals at the port anyhow.
