If you get of metro,go to end street there is a bus stop this side of street. The bus number is 164 on front Oceankaj about every 20 --30 minutes. We got a train from main station to Hellerup St and got 164 from there ,bus right outside station entrance. On last day there was a courtesy bus from ship to metro but it did not start till 8am, We were of ship at 7.30am so we're to early so we just got 164 to metro. If I recall there is another bus route goes to a different station,all buses very quiet

Started check in on the app. The issue is with the vaccination part of the check in. Travel info and arrival time all OK accepted in app. Issue is with the photos of certificate, tried landscape and also portrait on 2 different phones but always says the snap does not fit into box. I just put the photo in and pressed submit. This was 7 days ago and says Validation in progress Any info for some help please

All ok now accepted at last. Just kept resending same photo at different angles.

It was the uk health vacinne certificate with 3rd jab included in the display ,so do know how it is not being accepted.

Going on Voyager of the Seas in May. Done check in on the app,all ok till took photo of vaccine certificate . Came up on the app validate certificate which was 10 days ago. Now today it came up on app not accepted had resend photo but saying not all photo in the box.Just submitted anyway onto app. Has anyone any the same issue. Can we just show it at pier on sail date. Thank you

Novice going on my 1st cruise.Can someone clear this up for me. We have reserved mtd for 7pm,we want a table for two persons.My question,do we go to main restuarant on arrival to request this or do you just turn up at the given time and they will allocate table when you arrive. Thanks

Advise please UK going on Med cruise. Have had 2 previous cruises cancelled.2020 then 2021. Now going for this Sept 22, Do you get the Fcc+25% only on 1st cruise. Travel agent said I only get the 25% extra on first credit but not on my 2nd cruise. Thanks for any inf0
