omextreme
Confused on this one, We have a week to sort it out but it is still odd. is this just a generic email? The app shows the kids as vaccinated and it lists the date of last dose accurately (Dec 9, 2021) Is this a glitch or is something wrong? we got the same email for both boys (11 yr old twins) "It's important to register for your boarding day antigen test as soon as possible to avoid delays in your check-in process. If you're vaccinated, please do not complete this registration for yourself. However, you may have received this email because you'll need to register the guest below as they are between the ages of 2 to 11 and are unvaccinated. SpeedNoodles
Don't worry about it. It's generic. I get them, too, and I've never had kids. Ever. Mayooo, DJsMrs, Spang1974 and 2 others 4
Jeremynshell
I received these too. Called Royal Caribbean who said they could see the cards of file and that this was generic, so all was good. It looks like they just send it out to everyone. Have a great cruise! " "the guest below as they are between the ages of 2 to 11 and are unvaccinated. " Did they list your kids names? If their names are listed, it's not generic and I'd do like Jeremynshell did and double check by calling. But, knowing Royal's seemingly inability to get all things IT right (an IT glitch), I'd say it probably isn't something to worry about. smokeybandit
If your kid is vaccinated you can ignore it. RC isn't good at target audiences for these emails
omextreme
thanks, the email did reference the kiddos by name. The app showed correct vaccination status and a quick call (minus the 45 min hold time) confirmed the email is generic. thanks all!
