Cruiser05
I purchased three covid Tests for my cruise in March and one of them says it expires March 10th. I bought them back in November. They are the Binax Now that is with the video. Is it still good to use. I have to take the test two days before my cruise which is March 18th. Ampurp85
No if it expires on the 10th, the proctor will know because you are required to scan it in. You cannot test before the 16th.

Kathleen
Just recently in Mid January, the FDA approved for Abbott an additional extension of Covid tests expiration dates. There is a link in the article to the FDA letter supplied to Abbott. From the reading of the letter Abbott received from the FDA, it appears it would extend any test that has an expiration of less than 15 months, to 15 months from the date the test was created. If you go to emed's website there is a link to email them. That may be worth the effort to do so. https://thepointsguy.com/news/fda-extends-expiration-abbott-at-home-covid-test/ https://www.fda.gov/media/155326/download Cruiser05

Cruiser05
Now that I look at the Binax box I believe it is not the expiration date but the date that it was issued. It is a little confusing because it has two dates but it does not say expires in _ _ _
SPS
The top date is the expiration date noted with an hourglass icon. The bottom date is the manufacture date noted with a factory icon.
