Can't get transferred to any department to talk to anyone to have my questions answered. I understand they are very responsive on Twitter as well. Another good thing by doing this is that you can print or screenshot their response. This is a good time to remind people that if you have an issue with your cruise, you should always seek out a resolution to your issue(s) while still on board. It's the number appearing in the "Past Cruises" section of your profile on the Royal website. Now I said I've had success addressing my issues ... resolving them is another matter.
