I want to book Izumi Sushi for us that night. I know it is a la cart, but do I need to pay for Izumi hibachi and just get sushi, or how does this work? Thanks everyone! You do not need to pay for hibachi to get to sushi only. On Mariner, there is a sushi bar you can sit at and not pay hibachi cover charge. You can make reservations once onboard.
