wordell1
I am assuming that we will be free to do our own thing on the upcoming cruises from Bahamas and Bermuda. I have a RC excusion booked but I generally prefer private excursions, or just get off and walk around the port. Is there an area to walk around at the port? If so, is it worth it? Any beach destinations? - I lilke to have a lounge chair and umbrella and preferably a waiter to bring food and drinks. Any other destinations I should consider? We are pretty open to site seeing if there is something worth it.
DandA
Freeport cruise port is in an industrial area so not a lot close to port; however they do have a small area with a Senior Frogs, and little huts where you can purchase Souvenirs. Jenn G
Freeport Harbor is safe, and a nice place for a Bahamian lunch or some Souvenirs. There isn’t much beyond that to explore as its very industrial
Biff215
W just had our July excursion for Freeport through Royal cancelled yesterday. Disappointing as the “VIP Sailing and Snorkeling” sounded good even though it was on the pricey side. There weren’t many great options to begin with and now even fewer left available. We started looking into some private offerings but haven’t found too much other than some expensive day passes at resorts. Anyone have any suggestions for Freeport excursions? Thanks in advance!
