RWDW1204
Sure this has been asked and answered somewhere. Our May cruise got canceled. Paid for with cash and FCC from last year's cancelled cruise. Can we get a refund of our money and get that original FCC back, to then reuse on a future cruise? Or do we lose that FCC? Which doesn't seem right, we earned it. And does the time of FCC use get extended from now date? Or from original issue date?

twangster
There have been some changes made to FCC since the post above. As more sailings had to be cancelled FCC extensions were added but it depends. Generally what occurs is any FCC used towards a cruise will be reissued for use on a future cruise. Any cash payments for taxes, port fees and gratuity would be refunded. Most FCC is extended to April 2022 but there are some nuances and exceptions depending on the original source of the FCC. The best thing to do is call and talk to your travel agent or Royal if booked direct.
