Mike.s
P&O today announced a further delay to resumption in cruising until mid October. let's hope we don't see all other cruise lines following suit https://www.londonstockexchange.com/news-article/market-news/p-o-cruises-extends-pause-in-operations-until-october-15/14561911
melmar02
Does P&O mostly operate in Europe? If so, that would support the theory that the Caribbean itineraries will come back first.
Jim S
P&O (Carnival Group) operate mainly in Europe out of Southampton and also from Barbados in the Caribbean. They also have a world tour on one of their smaller ships every year. I received an email today confirming the cancellation of our cruise on the newly constructed Iona, which was scheduled for 19-25 September. All P&O cruises cancelled until October 15 at the earliest. Ian T
For purely selfish reasons I'm with @Mike.s... Given the pattern thus far of cruise lines ultimately following suit it doesn't bode well for our Oct 17 sailing out of Southampton on Anthem Interesting that P&O permits the transfer/gifting of FCC though. Andrew72681
Not having any line controlled ports Europe is going to be a tougher one. You are also dropping guests into hugely populated areas in some places that are bigger problems for transmission, Barcelona for example.
