My refund came through as expected even though it was delayed as they offered in their apology email.

It was complicated due to a deposit transferring from another sailing that ended up being chartered followed by a reprice when fares dropped so it took some accounting on my part to put the various pieces together but in the end it was refunded in full to the penny.   

Refund requested 3/26, refund posted by credit card company 5/4 equals 39 calendar days including the couple of days it takes for the credit card company to process and post it.
