Did you actually book a sailing, or did you put the $200 down at NextCruise to book in the future?  If it was the $200 to use in the future, those are non-refundable deposits. If you actually booked then it would depend if you booked refundable or non refundable (I"m guessing the $200 would be a non-refundable, but not sure.) Anyone else?

You would be subject to the regular cancellation rules, which means getting your money back depends on the type of cruise deposit you made
