Can I make reservations for specialty restaurants before the cruise, (i.e in Cruise Planner)? Or can that only be done onboard? (i.e. I'd like to go to Jamies on second night as an example). Thanks. Suggest you write down what you want then immediately upon boarding visit any specialty restaurant or look for a temporary table setup on boarding for dining. IF you are staying in Grand Suite or better on any ship and have the unlimited dining plan, THEN when the suite concierge emails you a week to 10 days before the cruise, you can give them the dates and times for all the restaurants you want to eat at and have them make the reservations for you pre-cruise.
