Sushitex
I actually do not gamble, but dh recently earned Prime status on our first ( and only) Royal cruise. I had booked the cruise through a travel agency and only my email address was involved before and during the cruise, even while directly dealing with Royal Caribbean. My husband didn’t provide his email address to Royal (Casino Royale, actually) until he called to book the free cruise he earned (with certificate) at the ship’s casino. So of course, I don’t expect any email or snail offers, but I am wondering that because I used my email address throughout the cruise, that somehow doing so prevents dh from receiving those elusive email offers.Maybe I should just use his email address in my account settings, but then that might mess up any Crown & Anchor perks that I might eventually earn. Who knows?!

Sushitex
We have been trying his last name and C& A number there quite often , but all we have seen is this message: THE INFORMATION PROVIDED DOES NOT MATCH ANY OF OUR CURRENTLY LOADED OFFERS. PLEASE CONTACT US DIRECTLY TO REVIEW WITH A CASINO REPRESENATIVE AT OUR TOLL FREE...
dodgestang
Sounds like you just need to call the casino direct then. They will sort it out....they want your business.
Sushitex
Dh has called them twice in the last week, and they have no answer as to why he doesn’t receive email or snail mail offers. At least we have 1 cruise booked ( from certificate) and another one that is supposed to be available to book next April. That is one more than Carnival offered us; NCL didn’t even offer dh free drinks in the casino.

I can tell you that I never got any email from them on the last 5 years we are sailing even that I get certificates from the casino. The email system of RCL is just a bad one. No matter how many times I called them and how many times they claim to fix it , still nothing. There are many that it happens to them. YOLO
@Sushitex Welcome to the RCB forums! I'm curious, what did your husband have to do to earn the certificate? Was it a tournament?
Sushitex
He played table games, including Roulette. I am not sure what other games, but it took several hours over the course of the cruise, and he spent quite some time at the casino on the very last day and night of the cruise. The purpose of doing so was because the host had just told him that he was close to earning the 2400-point free cruise certificate, and then dh figured that he might as well try to reach Prime status (2500 points.) Meanwhile, I spent my time relaxing on a deck somewhere or just sleeping in the cabin. He told me that he doesn’t like tournaments, so I know he didn’t play in any of those in order to earn points. cobra614
The wife and I earned prime status on our first ever cruise also, a little over a week ago. She got a certificate for an inside cabin or $500 off, I got a outside view or $750 off. We are gonna combine the cash offers for $1250 off of a may harmony sailing. I tried the website above and got the same message posted above. In addition to our certificates are we each entitled to a free "prime" cruise?? Sushitex
Yes, you do qualify for the free Prime cruise. You won’t get the code you will need until sometime next April, according to the Casino Royale rep who sent dh and I a nice email explaining what dh would receive, and when. There is another set of messages going on right now that is closely related to this one: Scroll down a bit and you will see one lady who posted some helpful information regarding the casino club program. I also have a post in which I mentioned an active Facebook group.
