After deciding I didn't want to drop $600 on his birthday, I decided to hit up our parents to split the cost. His mom was all for getting his package Conversation with my mom: "Hey, need an idea for Nick's birthday?" "Sure" "Ok, you could buy an unlimited drink package for me on our cruise. His mom is buying his" "How is buying a drink package for you a present for him?" ....... I'm more fun after a few drinks? He doesn't have to drink alone? He doesn't have to pay for my drinks? Hah.
