markm
Just wondering what the prices are for a beer, a soda and a cappuccino? trying to see if the deluxe drink pkg is worth it. 7 night cruise, late night departure in the Netherlands and overnight port in France
DDaley
Not sure these prices apply to cruises from the Netherlands but here is a 2019 drink menu for beer pricing. twangster
twangster
Check out this drink package calculator: https://www.royalcaribbeanblog.com/boards/index.php?/topic/13069-experimental-drink-package-calculator/ The pricing above linked by @DDaley should be pretty close while in the EU. Onboard purchases will be in $USD. VAT may be applied to on board purchases as well. To give you about coffee products, this menu from Navigator will give you an idea of pricing: PhantomWolf
ChessE4
In addition to the above, I recall the value added tax (VAT) affected some ports, so the total price was a little higher than in the US. I was thinking that drink packages purchased in advance,, if only a soda package or a coffee card, might avoid the VAT, but I am not sure about that. Can recent travelers confirm? Galveston Steve
Canned soft drinks on a recent USA cruise were $3.50 + 18% gratuity.
