Brobbins246 Posted February 14, 2019 Report Share Posted February 14, 2019 I know we've all had issues with the Royal Caribbean online system & Cruise Planner where you have to access it from incognito mode, or wait 15 minutes after getting locked out to log in again, etc, etc, etc. For several days now, I've been able to log into my account, but can't access the Cruise Planner or Online Check In. It just sits at a screen showing the RC crown logo spinning or a blank screen. If I back out and try again, it tells me Check In has been paused or takes me to that page where it asks for all your info and then tells you your account can't be accessed then. twangster Posted February 14, 2019 Report Share Posted February 14, 2019 I think I speak for everyone when I say "Yes!". We have all encountered the frustration you are experiencing. Even as an incognito user myself, it still has done this to me as recent as this week when attempting to check in for a future cruise. In my case I walked away for an hour and poof it worked.
