LindaN
I have the key and my show reservations on Symphony just became avail today. I booked all my shows. Does it know my reservation is for key seats or do I have to do something else on board?
twangster
Key seating is a designated area within the theater. Once you arrive to the theater watch for 'The Key' signs and take any available seat within that area. For a review of the first 'The Key' trial on Oasis see this post: https://www.royalcaribbeanblog.com/2018/12/04/review-royal-caribbeans-the-key-vip-guest-experience Note that some features and benefits have changed this trial. MrMarc
On Oasis they did not even scan my card, I just walked in and sat wherever I wanted. I have discussed this with many people both on and off the ship, and no one seems to be on the same page about this. I would make reservations just to be sure. TommyP365
I've found conflicting information regarding the maximum number of passengers available to get The Key on any given ship. I wonder if the reserved seating for The Key accounts for every passenger or if they reserve a smaller number expecting that not everyone would want to attend.
