jaullram
Two questions...1) we have reserved a cabana for this early April. Has anyone been there recently and what is the best cabana (not beach bed or bungalow) to get so we are waterfront? 2) When will the pier be available and will anything else new be available when we go in early April? As Of Right Now The Pier Will Be Done By The Time You Arrive. The Fresh Water Pool Will Be Open In December And Maybe Balloon Ride Calling @Matt. You can always talk to Shore Excursions desk on your ship prior to arriving to make the request. I don't think you'll have a problem getting one, and the staff can tell you which ones are waterfront. 14 hours ago, jaullram said: When will the pier be available and will anything else new be available when we go in early April? Oh yes. It should be done in January
jaullram
Great - I am hoping that the pier is done because we do have a cabana already booked. I was hoping to understand before I get on the ship which cabana I want so I could reserve it through our concierge since we are in a sweet. stevendom57
@Cez I was there a month ago and I agree, I see no way that pier will ready in January. Steven
twangster
I think they knew January would be a no-go a long time ago. That's why Vision and Enchantment had some of their itineraries modified to remove CocoCay through March. It's not just the pier that has to be completed. The pier lands on the other side of the tender lagoon. To use the pier a certain portion of that land space construction must be completed as well. At a minimum enough land construction has to be completed to allow guests to reach the existing end of the island and right now that construction doesn't look like it's very far along either.
