Me again! I know no date is set in stone, but I have to say I wake this morning with HOPE!!!! With everything going on, it truly puts a smile on our families face with the good news we received yesterday.

Good Morning, Reading some of these headlines on "Cruise Industry News": Port Traffic To Be Limited, Cruise Lines Will Need Housing Agreements CDC Drops No Sail Order For Framework For Conditional Sailing Order I believe all of these requirements are fair and call me crazy, I would hope with the time not sailing these cruise lines have already thought and delveopled plans very similar. Now the big question, Will the CDC drag their feet scheduling these inspections and give the cruise industry a quick response!!!! Oh God, it's the government, we are doomed ! LOL

Absolutely, to help out another cruise junkie, consider it done! On a serious note, while this pandemic has affected many lives, I am so grateful to have my health and not have know of anyone who has died from it. Personally, I never thought it would bother me as much as it has not to be able to cruise for so many months. It's a little depressing for me and my family. Please don't take this as me not understanding the scope of COVID19 but it truly is nice to have some positive news.

Absolutely, I just went into "settings" updated the start date to 12/6 and saved!!! I hope to see you during disembarkation on 12/13 as this is when we are boarding!!!

Crew has already started to fly into Florida for quarantine. While in quarantine, Royal zoom's what's it's gonna look like on the ships and what new responsibilities each crew has to follow. Crew boards ships week of the 16th for at least three weeks of testing. Bam first cruise passengers board ships no later then 12/7. Ok, that's my perfect world!! lol And I hope you all know this is just my crazy thinking of how I think it should shake out!!!

I say open up the first cruises to people who don't have to fly to the port. LOL I will do whatever they tell me to do to get on that SHIP!!!!

In my opinion, Royal seems to have planned for this day and start this process as soon as TODAY!!!!! From all the stuff we have been reading on how they established protocols for COVID19 bring it on!!!! And to be honest, I really don't care what the whole document says, just give them everything they want and sound the "horn" in the channel.

I can't understand for the life of me how the CDC is allowing the airlines to fill all seats on the plane, while the cruise industry has such a better plan to accommodate for COVID19! jetBlue just announced today all seats will be filled starting 12/1!!!

I honestly can't remember if this topic ever came up but I am bored! Why couldn't Royal begin a cruise from a Caribbean port that could support the operations necessary to turn around a ship? I understand that many things go into this process (food, fuel, embarkation and dis-embarkation), I say figure something out on a temporary basis to get these ship sailing with passengers . It's obvious the CDC is being unreasonable.

Tried my best to find a similar topic for my question so here goes: So my thanksgiving cruises (plural) were cancelled obliviously. I used FCC for some of the payment. Since the actual cruises did not sail and essentially, the funds were never used can I move them to a cruise in December?

Question Will C&A members have access before 11/16?

On a happier note, my wife promised me we could book a crown loft suite for our 25th wedding Anniversary in May 2022, so I hope to book once it becomes available the week of 11/16

A little off topic but I have a situation I need some feed back from you guys. I just looked on RCCL site and the only ships they now have listed are the Navi and Mariner for Dec! Thoughts? Not looking good for our Christmas/New Years Cruises. Very Very Sad

Good Morning, I have seen it played on some ships, not sure if ship wide. They modify the basketball court with nets. Actually, every time they have it on the daily schedule, the courts are full of players!1 I really is a fun sport to play! You can really whack the ball! LOL

Hello Folks, I have not been very active due to many crazy things going on in my life (all good stuff) and our country (not so much). I really had some slight hope that our cruises that were to start on 11/19 were gonna happen. This will be our 1st year not on a RCCL ship for thanksgiving in Seven years!!! ?I Now it's onto December! I hope that our B2B on Oasis that leaves 12/20 happens. I don't know how these cruise companies are gonna survive!!

Good Morning, So here is a crazy thought, my buddy who also loves to cruise were talking and mentioned this idea! NCL and RCG (Royal Caribbean Group) has been partnering on many things lately. What are everybody's thoughts on a possible merger?

I am tortured every time I am on 95 and hit the high bridge going over the new river! I see Port Everglades with no smoke stacks! And it happens a lot because I am only 20 minutes from the Port!
