  1. Port Side Sofa by slider Current Cat D3 will change to 6D Well, I was trying to keep this idea going with posting pictures of staterooms but I am limited to only 1.4mb which equates to only one photo. Oh Well!
  2. I'll bet you they will rent one to me, LOL I am sorry for being a little sarcastic
  3. At the end of last week on the deck diagrams(Mariner) for the new categories it was not showing anything, but they now have updated them with the in line track still showing, no Flow Rider :(
  4. You think my room steward will find one for us?
  5. The Junior Suite on the Navigator had a hot water kettle which my wife really enjoyed, since she is a tea drinker. This also made our room service menu for the morning easier to fill since we did not have to request hot water. Plus, the unit we had got the water boiling in less then two minutes, no joke. It was amazing! We leave on the Harmony in 5 days and I was going to request one for our room. Not traveling in a JS this time.:(
  6. I would think they would at least add the flow rider. It will be the only Voyager class ship that does not have one. Just think if they did, it will wow the first timers on the Bahamas cruises.
  7. Where did you find this info out on the mariner? We plan on taking her for Christmas 2018, I also hope they put a flow rider.
  8. Lately with all the things RCCL is taking away, I would think this would be the perfect opportunity to add them to some of the levels of the Crown and Anchor society.
  9. It will give RCCL the justification to shut down the NEXT Cruise desk, eliminate the sales reps on all the ships and replace the area with a venue that is not included in the price of the cruise. Man, they just scored!!!!
  10. So lets say you are saving $173.42 but over the last five years you have spent on the low side 2,000 per cruise twice a year over five years that 20,0000. Over the five years you haven't always been a diamond so let say you average 100 dollars. So over the five years RCCL is giving you 1,000. That's around 5%.
  11. We were booked on the Seaside for this New Years and cxl'd. Sailing on the Oasis. They have enough problems getting things correct on a ship that's been sailing out of Miami now for two years, I couldn't take the chance on a brand new ship.
  12. Have sailed on the Divina twice with two very different experiences. I also know a friend that sailed on her this Spring break and had major service issues in all areas of the ship. They even moved her stateroom when she went to check in. I have never heard of this!
  13. Fair Response. This is the highest we have ever been on any loyalty program so I guess I am expecting a little to much from RCCL. And trust me when we choose a cruise it's not solely based on the loyalty program.
  14. Good Morning All, I was going to start by saying "simple question for everyone" but then I realized this wouldn't be simple or straight forward, so here goes! By staying loyal to Royal and getting to higher levels in the program such as Diamond and above, is it really giving us the equal amount of perks(both physical and nominal) compared to the amount we have to spend getting to those levels? My buddies at the fire department joke around with me because we are a family that cruise a lot, and they think I get all these free upgrades and discounts because of the amount I cruise with RCCL.
  15. Good Morning, I get two things from this: 1-No matter which way you try to look at, spin it or try to figure out what is best, RCCL will always have you by the balls. 2-The cruise industry in my OPINION is getting ideas from the airline industry of ways of charging you for everything. These are extremely different types of beast and should not be grouped together. They better be careful as I always seek out flights FIRST on Southwest because they don't nickle and dime you. Once again my OPINION.
  16. Can someone please help me out on this question which has been asked before with not much feedback. Going on Harmony in two weeks and the wife and I want to hit the spa on either the day we are in Nassau or St Thomas. Currently the price is 99 not including 18% grat. Do certain C&A members get discounts on spa services? Should I just book the 99 rate and if a discount is offered on board will they give me the better price?
  17. This is a hard one to call! The Oasis will definitely have better shows but to be on a cruise two more nights makes the vacation that much better. Just think if you choose the Oasis and those dreaded days of the week appear in the elevator and its your last night. You might be saying "oh how I wished we had two more nights"
  18. I could go on and on about ZBB but I don't want coneyraven to get mad at me with going off topic, LOL
  19. The bar that will serve you Mimosas in a large glass vs that stupid flute thing!!!
  20. We just found out that when we sail on the Harmony 5/20/17 another couple will be celebrating their 20th wedding anniversary which also happens to fall on the same day 5/24, small world
