The only time I had security bring me to the side at embarkation was in Miami. They took it and said it would be delivered to my room that evening. Never has happened again. I even bring scrubbing bubbles for the shower!!!!!

Think about the money it's gonna take Princess to decon the Diamond. I would think insurance may pay for some or all!

I hate to burst everyone's bubble, but it's only going to get worse! Hold on tight, it's gonna be a hell of a ride! I have to admit, I am a little concerned about being on a ship for three weeks.

I was a little worried about having this type of cabin but I think it will break up the first week in a CP Bal and third week in a OV Bal. I think instead of having coffee in the room, I'll go to Park Cafe and have it. I will make sure a bathroom is close because I usually drink a whole pot of coffee in the AM. lol

Well, it's not looking good for my ultimate dream of doing four weeks on the Oasis. As of today, I haven't found anyone.

And I have been thinking if I can do four weeks on a ship.

When the wife got home from work tonight, she actually was giving me the feeling it might be OK!

I have seen on the Cruise Compass information about so called S2S cruisers. Most likely the Empress will be at Pier E and Navi at Pier A. They should provide bus trans between piers.

We were on the Odyssey for Christmas next year but changed it to the Oasis so we can do b2b Christmas/new-years for just a little more. I hope they keep her in port everglades for some time so I can sail on her!!!

I totally forgot about the seating at the back of the ship. I believe this is the only RCCL class ship that has this feature! Not sure why it's not on more ships!

So I just got off work 3/2/20 so I could sailing on the 3/1/20 sailing as well but I think the locks on the house would be changed by my wife when I got home after four weeks on the Oasis! lol

When will you flying to FL?

I know this may seem like a little stretch, but the self leveling pool tables are amazing. My kids learned how to play on the Serenade. I wish they were on other class ships.

Our son was around 6 when he really remembered cruising! We have so many great memories cruising as a family and we will continue to do so! Our kids always wanted to spend time with us vs Adventure Ocean, and wouldn't give that up for the world! Introduce them to some of the classic cruise activities, shuffle board, ping pong, mini golf and cards! Family time is where it's at!

I think it will be a nice change to stay in the Central Park View Room. My stateroom is really close to the stairs so I can have coffee every morning at the Park Cafe while enjoying central park

My booking is available for Royal Up, the only problem is that the fare is based on single supplement, so I would have to pay it for two people. Haven't decided yet.

I am sure if you are walking around the aft of the ship specifically by the flow, you'll see me on the wave. I see your from Canada, I have family from Woodbridge!

I wished I didn't pay the single supplement but I did!? That's OK, because it will be worth it!
