  1. Yes, there are internet cafes with printers on the ship. I've never used one so I'm not sure on the cost, but the are wired computer stations.
  2. yes, that should work just fine. You would just have to give each person your code you get. However keep in mind that (at least form my experience) once you have connected your device limit, then the next new device that tries to connect with the same code will kick the oldest connection off. That "oldest" device can still connect back, it would just then kick the oldest connection at the time off again when it connected back. On our last cruise, my wife and I just purchased the 1 device plan and just connected with whoever's phone, iPad, Laptop we wanted to at any given point, knowing that when we connected a device it would terminate the existing connection on another device. We didn't need the internet for much, but since we left our toddler back home it was nice to have at least one phone connected (mine or hers) while we were out by the pool or whatever during the day. Then in our cabin would use the iPad to facetime LO back home and stream a few netflix shows, and I had my laptop for a off chance that I would need to VPN to the office to take care of anything. I actually have a Sky Class (internet included) on my next cruise. When that Sip + Stream plan was offered (it was a savings for me just on the drink package part). I called and asked them if I could "give" the internet connections from that package to my parents (another cabin) since my room rate already included internet. They said that was fine and to just give them the codes I get when I get on board.
  3. I seem to remember that if I charged by "Casino buy-in" to my on board folio (regardless of whether I had OBC or not), then I was still charged the 2%-3% (or whatever it is). I don't think the casino (or any other "spend money here" venue onboard even knows that you have OBC). Everything is just charged positive or negative to your folio and the net is billed to your credit card at the end of the cruise.
  4. If I have a passport for my toddler, is that all I need or will I also need a birth certificate linking his relationship to me and/or his mother? I've never seen a child passport and haven't actually applied for one yet to know if this familial linkage is included in/on the child's passport.
  5. You're really only paying for connection rights. 2 "1 device plans" give you the same number of connections as 1 "2 device plan". Think of it as more of a volume discount. The 2-device plan will give you one code that is authorized for 2 devices (any device) to be logged on at the same time. 2 "1 device plans" would give you 2 separate codes that are each authorized to have one device logged in at a time. You would save money by buying 1 "2-device plan" vs 2 "1 device plans". You can probably cancel your 2 "1 device plans" and buy 1 "2 device plan" However, if you're both wanting the drink package too I would get 2 "Sip + Stream" packages.
  6. The price of VOOM onboard the ship is $15 per day. It's a savings to buy before you board, but you do have to pay for it now. However you can use your OBC for something else; for example photo packages, shopping, specialty restaurants, spa services, and pretty much anything else that costs money while onboard.
  7. All Star Class suites (the highest level of the Royal Suite Class) include free deluxe beverage package (or refreshment package if under 21) for all persons in the suite. Star class also does include a complimentary stocked mini bar (which can include alcohol if you ask for it for it to be there). You also get the Royal Genie service with Star Class. Royal Suite Class is available on Oasis and Quantum Class ships. https://secure.royalcaribbean.com/royalsuiteclass/star/ It does not appear that Sky Class includes the complimentary minibar stocked with Coca-Cola Beverages and Water, however, unless things have changed recently and they just haven't updated the website yet. https://secure.royalcaribbean.com/royalsuiteclass/sky/
  8. Suite guests get priority boarding even if you're not a member. There is a separate "Suite" checkin queue as well. It's usually pretty straightforward to know where to go when arriving at the terminal all the way to the ship. There are signs pointing the way. Also, the staff are very helpful with any questions you have.
  9. It's always 90 days before your sail date. You can normally get to this information by logging in to your reservation and clicking on the 'Payments' tab. Then if you look right under the 'Make a Payment' button, you should see a 'Payment Schedule' showing you the date your final payment is due.
  10. On my last cruise I had no less than 12 drinks per day, even on port days. This does not include all the bottled water I also consumed. The drink package price was well worth it for me.
  11. You can always just register a credit card to your seapass account. Then the net balance after you disembark will be charged to that credit card.
  12. I have never seen OBC available to me in the Cruise Planner. I always had to wait until I was onboard to use my OBC. When I got onboard my OBC was already applied to my Sea Pass account and my purchases are charges throughout the cruise were applied to it as well. You only pay (or receive) the net amount at the end of the cruise. It's not that your OBC is used first, it's just all put in the same bucket, if you will, and that bucket is dumped out at the end of the cruise. You don't actually "pay" for anything until the end of the cruise, except of course cash tips you give to room service throughout the cruise.
  13. I was once offered an upgrade to a JS from a D1. I accepted it. A couple of weeks later I got another call offering to upgrade me from a JS to a GS. I did not accept that one as we were more interested in the larger balcony at the time being our JS was on the bulge and the GS wasn't. However, being offered 2 upgrades for the same sailing was kind of nice.
