  1. I know there is a possibility of getting an extension. I'm not sure how long the extension is for. My travel agent got one on my behalf because he thought I needed more time, but I was actually waiting for any possible promotions.
  2. It's both paid in full and after the final payment date.
  3. Has anyone had any success adjusting their cruise rate or receiving OBC after making final payment? My sailing (Harmony 7/8/17) is paid in full, but it's about $400 less now. Any possibility of Royal doing something for me? A family member of mine who's on that same sailing had the same scenario and Royal gave them $300 in OBC. I understand the "rule", but there's no harm in trying.
  4. I'm curious about doing Anthem summer '18. But they aren't showing any cruises. Any idea when they'll be listed?
  5. I'm a Gold level Crown & Anchor member. We will be sailing on Harmony July '17 (wooooooot!!!!). My brother-in-law mentioned for our coming cruise we will have access to priority check-in. Exactly what is priority check-in? Does it mean we skip the line? (I doubt that). Or does it mean we can arrive early and will be permitted to board a little earlier than non-members?
  6. July 8, 2017 - Harmony of the Seas
  7. She gave us a lot of history on the island. Talked about how the government set up. We actually encountered the Deputy Prime Minister while on our tour. The guide stopped and chatted with him for a second. A lot of the tour was the history and agriculture of the island. She showed us some historical sites. She talked about the volcano. A lot of their beaches have black sand (from the lava), we saw a beach where there was a lot of lava rocks on the coast. We saw where the Caribbean Sea meets the Atlantic Ocean. We went to a few sites and just enjoyed the views and took photos.
  8. I really didn't expect much from St. Kitts. Our plan was get off the ship for a couple of hours simply because we felt obligated to. We ended up taking one of the van tours. We were blown away with the beauty, the people and the history of the island. We used Silver Lining Tours & Taxi. The guide was Castella "Cassie" Audain. She was the best!
  9. My family and I cruised on Oasis last week. It was a reported 6,500 guests. It only felt crowded when we were waiting in line to board, and after we boarded we experienced long lines at the Windjammer. Also the first night, and formal nights there was a small wait for our my time dining reservations. Outside of that we never felt crowded. From our experience it's all about planning. Reserve the shows that you want to see, this prevents waiting. Get there about 10 to 15 minutes early. And if you have my time dining get something before 7:30pm.
  10. Tons of great info everybody! But I have Cricket Wireless (basically prepaid on AT&T's network) so I need to call the to check my options.
  11. This may or may not have been addressed before. If it has please direct me to the correc thread. We will have a couple of 13 year olds on our cruise. And as teens tend to do they will want to venture off on their own. We thought wallow talkies or use our iPhones, but that would require multiple internet packages. How have some of you maintained contact with your kids or others in your party?
  12. Wait, wait, wait.... So I can deck hop via the rising tide? I can grab a drink in the name of convenience?
