Yeah I got an alert from my app saying today is national Beverage Day and the drink package was discounted. i got it for 73.99 on Allure

Every ship I have been on, the life guards have been fairly strict. No jumping, diving, running, they even told some 10ish year old kids they couldnt play catch with a ball in the pool. I felt that was a little excessive since it wasnt busy at the time. Its Strange the lifeguards are acting this way on Icon.

We love the Love and marriage show. When we were on Freedom a few weeks ago, I didnt even see it as a show anymore. they had 1 show in the Star lounge that was similar but not like it used to be years ago where they had 3 couples and the men leave stage and come back after questions. I miss it.

1130 was earliest I have seen on my last 2 trips. Dont take it too seriously There will be people lining up at 945 to get on ship. Miami port was super easy and fast. I think i was onboard 1045ish as well. I was the only person at the pool bar lol. The bartender was surprised to see me.

I guess eveyone has different preferences. The app works well for me, especially when having to add a photo and the passport info.

I had a situation last year where I booked thru a TA. It was a last minute cruise 60ish days before. We got the quote and paid in full at the time. Received email confirmation and receipt. The agent called me via phone 2 days later saying they charged the incorrect pricing and I owed an additional $50. I said that must be incorrect because I was quoted and paid in full via my receipt. She said there was a mistake in the pricing and it was still due. I told her that was their $50 mistake and they should take the hit not me. Nothing was ever said anymore about it. We went on the cruise, got my onboard charges and that was automatically deducted from my Credit card then the next day a $50 charge from RC was also deducted from my card. Really pissed me off but i didnt feel like fighting on the phone for hours over the 50 bucks

The craps table is typically hot in the evenings. Sometimes they will have half the table open during the day

My local casino only has 25, 50 and $100 craps table Its Crazy. If you play a $50 table and have the Pass line, Odds. the 6 & 8 covered its a $240.00 minimum

I have not heard anything, Would love to see it. Im glad its come back up to where it was pre covid. I actually bought mine during covid when it was in the upper 20's.

So I have never done Atlantis. Been to Nassau many times but just felt like the price for the day pass was so expensive we didnt do it. My question is, can we just get a taxi at the port and tour the hotel and see the sights, maybe get some lunch and visit casino etc and not go to the Aqua parks etc.....? Also do you feel this is a safe option to do on our own with the recent talks of crime?

I agree. Especially for platinum. It probably wont benefit you at all due to not being combinable with other offers. When I hit Platinum i was excited as well however, I never saw any real discounts from it because Royal was always running a fake promotion like they always do. I remember 1 cruise they wouldnt even give me my stock holder onboard credit due to specials I had received. I feel like the only benefits from lower level C&A is discounts off of items like a Percentage off Spa procedures, discounts on zoom etc.....

October will be perfect. We went last August and it was very Hot and Mid December was too cold.

Not 100% sure, but i feel like It have to be a 2 bedroom grand suite or above to get a door. The Panoramic family suite has a seperate room with bunk beds but has a privacy curtain on that doorway. 2 Connecting rooms would have a doorway between that can be opened and closed. Some suites only have one bathroom so connecting rooms would give you the 2nd one.

I booked a Guarantee balcony on a freedom class ship through the casino program Free trip so I figured it was a Win Win. I dont recall any bad balcony rooms on Freedom claas ships. The downfall is i'm 4 weeks from sail date and no room assignment. I searched the ship and theres only about 8 balcony rooms available, all mid ship. Even thought about upgrading to a suite.

if you upgrade to the grand suite from a balcony, I realize you Do Not get the double points but do you get the other Suite perks ?

I thought there used to be indicators on the deck plans stating whether its sofa bed vs bunk bed, but I dont see this. I see triangle for 3 person room, square for 4 person thats all. Am I missing something?

I havent sailed since they started leaving the seapass cards at the room. How do you get drinks prior to the rooms opening up without the seapass card.
