I take passport book and card with me. I take the book with me on excursions in case something happens and need to fly from there and have the card in safe since I can use it to get back in country if book lost.

Norman and Nadia were very helpful on my cruise a few weeks ago.

Even outside of the happy hour window I found it about a 50/50 shot that they would not use my vouchers in SL for a cocktail. When I go to the next bar after SL I would have to ask bartender what my voucher count is to see what I had left for rest of night.

My room steward provided corkscrew and glasses for cabin when requested.

I was on Wonder 2 weeks ago and CK dinners were not on my calendar.

It's not just about boarding the cruise but also getting home for an emergency on the ship/port or at home. Waiting to finish the last 3 days of a 7 day cruise can feel like an eternity if some thing happened at home and you need to be there. Also going to add to be sure you have travel insurance. Just got of Wonder and we had multiple medical emergencies that required flights to US from CocoCay.

Do I get an extra day to cruise if they don't update the day?

I'm on Wonder and scheduled for the St John's tour. They had to reschedule the ferry asking everyone to meet at pier at 2pm. I took option to get refund. From past experience once times start shifting it goes down hill from there.

Unlike the new MDR menus, CK will always have the "classic " appetizers and entrees available every night. Apps- shrimp cocktail, caesar salad, escargot, French onion soup Entree- broiled salmon, grilled chicken breast, grilled NY sirloin steak

I've done two cruises with my sister and her family where I shared a cabin with one of my nephews. No problems checking in but we did it all together. No forms filled out other than standard check in stuff.

I always got a call before getting my breakfast room service delivered. Never more than 10 to 15 min before scheduled delivery time.This was on 2 Harmony cruises and 1 Odyssey cruise. Only got them for breakfast. No calls for late night service.

The R Bar is the bar on the main floor of the Centrum deck 4. It's the main floor where you board on embarkation.

Would love it if Playmakers stayed open later with a scaled down "late night" menu.

Anyone remember the midnight buffets? Haven't seen a chocolate fountain in ages.

I've seen people using towel clips and bands. Which is better and why? Are they just a waste of money? Thinking of getting some for next cruise.

I also bring late night snacks to cabin from Sorentos and Park Cafe after WJ closes.

@Cruisingmama Depending on the specialty coffee you're looking for one option for you is the coffee machine in the diamond lounge for disembarkation day.

I was able to book on Harmony on New Years cruise and on Odyssey on spring break cruise on day 3 without problem. Both were full capacity. That being said, no guarantees.

If I have PDCC on day 2 I will wait until day 3 to book thermal spa for rest of week thinking I probably will not use on first 2 days. You will pay a pro-rated amount for the rest of the week.

I'm team 150 Central Park. Both are good but I feel like it it's easier for me to get a steakhouse experience like Chops at a land based steakhouse at home so I tend to book 150 CP if I can only do one. Love the Urban Garden cocktail they make tableside at 150 CP.

You will need to pick a time but can use thermal spa at any time during operating hours. This is an issue with the way the cruise planner is set up for booking spa sessions. It was designed for spa services like a massage which are booked for specific times so it makes you pick one when selecting it. You can also disregard the 15 min duration. Duration is also one of the things system has for the other services.

How does everyone do their tipping at CK? I tend to get the same waiter for the week so I tend to tip extra at my last meal for week. Do you tip after each meal?
