I just called Casino Royale, the lady said Instant rewards have my name as reserve. My first name as last name.. lolz. If I have to check instant reward, I have to type my first name as Last name. And the regular offer have my correct. I asked if she can correct it, she said can't. She's afraid it will delete my instant rewards. I guess I will need to visit the host and have them correct it once I get on my April Cruise. Wow since day one Casino Royale Instant reward have my name reserve. how is that possible.

Most of the fish I try at MDR, are overcooked. Hope you get better experience than mine.

No I never redeemed them on the board, that's why I always miss out on the FP. I never sure if I have the time or any vacations days to hop on next free cruise. lolz. I always end up calling the casino royale to book my free cruise. Maybe I should give them a call and ask them how come my instant rewards never show up on my account? or should I go ask a host when I am board on the ship? My next cruise is on April 23.

Same here, I haven't get any offer for the past 3 months. The only one I get is the Instant reward that I earned onboard. But the problem is most of the ship sailed from Florida or Texas. and I am from NY. I would rather sailed from NJ. Also. my instant rewards never show up my casino Royale account. Anyone know why? I read and I heard that it should show up in the casino Royale account after disembarkation.

Maybe they know they already got us hook and no matter what we will go back. They are trying to hook some new fish? Just my thought.

Currently Prime and I have 10313 points. I just got off Anthem of the Seas 2 weeks ago. I haven't had an offer for the past 3 months... To me if they come they come, but sometime I wonder I read some of FB post. Lots of ppl are getting tons of offer and some Jr suite offer and they have less than 10000 points. I can't never figure that out.

I been trying to check their website for cruise for the past couple hours.. There's nothing coming up... I try search by date, Port, destination & ship. The search come back blank.

Last month when I checked they do have a mini van in stock at Seattle Downtown - Komo Plaz, but I got busy and didn't get a chance to booked it. I been checking for the past month, I haven't see a mini van in stock at downtown location at all. I guess by late march or early April if they still don't have in downtown area, I would have booked the one located in the airport.. 30 mins to pick up the van and another 30 mins to drive back to the terminal. hmm crossing my fingers they will have mini van at downtown location again....

Hi All, I booked an Alaska cruise on May 11, boarding from Vancouver and getting off at Seattle port. I am flying to Vancouver on May 10 and staying at Pan Pacific for a nite before Embarkation. Since the ship is not round trip and the Disembarkation is at Seattle. I bought a round trip ticket from NY to Vancouver and from Vancouver flying back to NY. Now my question is, where can I rent a van to drive from Seattle Terminal back to Vancouver? Since the disembarkation is on Friday, and my return flight is on Sunday, which I do plan to stay 2 nites in Vancouver. I checked, the nearest car rental place that have Van is at the Seattle-Tacoma Intl Airport which is 30 mins drive. which mean I have to Uber from the cruise terminal to airport. Is there closer car rental? I googles and the nearest car rental is at the airport. The reason I need a Van is there's total 5 of us. Anyone ever did this before? Disembarkation at Seattle terminal and drive to Vancouver? I figure, I already paid for the airfare as mine as spend couple extra days at Vancouver. Much appreciated,

Hi all, 86 more days to go before our Alaska sailing. Have any of you booked any Shore Excursions? The only excursions I booked thru RC is Day 5 @ Skagway - White Pass Scenic Railway Interest in the Goldbelt Tram on Day 4 @ Juneau, but will buy the ticket once we get there. But I would mostly likely book a Juneau City & Mendenhall Glacier Tour thru a 3rd party. The rest of the other days I haven't decided yet. What are other planning to do? Shared the though? Any suggestion? Thanks,

I will be sailing Anthem this Sat. 2-4. As of now, I don't see any lunch or dinner menu on my app yet. All I see is wine menu. I guess they are updating on this cruise.

Currently, I have a Ocean view Balcony comp cruise booked for solo. All the Port Taxes & Gratuity is paid for. Can I call in and upgrade to a Jr. Suite or is too late? Will I still get 3 x bonus points since I travel solo? Or they will only consider as a double points? Anyone ever try it? Booked a comp cruise and everything is paid for, and a month later call in and upgrade to a Jr. suite. I know I have to paid for upgrade fee. Will I still get 3x points? Thanks

Remember on embarkation you get chop grill's lunch and on debarkation specialty breakfast. Both at main dining room.
