If you're driving, try to take the GWB instead of the Tappan zee. It's more direct! Tappan Zee is easier to get through, however Garden State Parkway, Palisade Parkway, and Rt 17 are a bit out of the way. JUst time GWB to avoid rush hour morning traffic (7-8:30AM).

There is a partial divider with curtains on the sides. It gives visual privacy but not audio privacy! I believe as a suite gust, you can have breakfast in Chops Grill. On a side note!...I love Bavaria! I've been there multiple times. Garmisch being my favorite.

I've been there on a few cruises. I ALWAYS spend a day at Horsehoe Bay Beach. It is one of the nicest beaches on the island. We have taken the bus right from the dock, and we have also taken the water taxi over to Hamilton and rented mopeds and driven there. Horshoe Bay has facilities..ie..food and restrooms!

Similar situation! I booked cruises to surprise my daughters and families. Even though my reservations are linked and I can see them in the app, it won't allow me to secure reservations. When I click on their names to add them to my "My time dining reservation", it says they must reserve.

Also, sometimes its lucrative to book with Next Cruise with an open ended reservation. You would book it onboard but choose your sailing date later on! I have personally done that!

On the link Pattycruise provided, in the last paragraph, it says significant other! What constitutes a significant other?...I think a fiance would qualify...especially if we are living together for 8 years!LOL

Can you give me a ball park figure of what to expect? For instance, if we accumuate 500 points towrds prime(on our cruise), would that give us any kind of OBC before we leave the ship?

So...you have to ask the casino host on the last night?...or do they automatically go onto your account folio as OBC?

You're lucky that the bids are low on your sailing. I am will be on Oasis OTS Aug 21st in a neighborhood balcony, and the minimum bid for a Grand 1 bedroom suite is $650 pp!

You know I thought so too. His bets were fluctuating throughout the nights though . Some bets he made were as high as $50. I read this somewhere on RCCL's site. I wondered whether it was accurate.

They are now using the outdoor overflow lot across from the port. Too many ships leaving from Port Liberty can't be accomodated in the indoor garage.

You get 10 points roughly for playing at any table for an hour at $10 a bet. Im working on my status now. LOL! When me and my boyfriend play, we start off with Minimum tables, and as we win, we start increasing our bets to $25 a hand. Last cruise he accumulated 280 points on a 3 night cruise playing black jack for 2 hours a night. All in all did not lose any $.

I suggest making the drive though the entrance by 9:30. After that, there is a caravan of cars trying to get in for about a mile long. Very frustrating!

Holiday Inn Meadowlands Secaucus and Hyatt Place Meadowlands at Secaucus are great options! It is a safe area with lots of restaurant choices and shopping. Really easy access to the turnpike which will get you to the pier in 20 minutes.

I thought it was interesting how the casino was technically on 3 decks!

OMG! It's good to know I'm not crazy. I LOVE this version...in fact I've seen Heart in concert about a dozen times!
