  1. Make sure you check in by clicking on the person icon first, then the check in link in there. The main check-in icon on the first page of the app doesn't tend to always work.
  2. Air2Sea is nothing but a travel agent for flights. They aren't actively changing flights.
  3. Remember you don't need to use the Freestyle cup to fill up at a bar.
  4. Unless there's a specific brand that is only offered in the Freestyle machines, you can get soda at any bar.
  5. It shouldn't matter the payment date timeline. If the airline changes your flight more than a couple hours, typically you can change it to any other flight that day for free
  6. I'd like to see them upgrade the Watchlist feature by adding my original room price on the screen as well as what my specific room costs now, not just what the cheapest room in that cabin type is.
  7. Here's a list ranking them https://www.thekitchn.com/best-canned-mocktails-23619573
  8. Did you log out after changing your password? I'd log out, log back in, then try.
  9. Is this for a deposit? For a final payment? For checking in? Is it giving an error or just not letting you type it to begin with?
  10. My guess is they'll restart Haiti in June, as long as there are no additional escalations of violence. The decision to stop was more PR than actual safety concerns to begin with.
  11. The drink card seems to be a pretty rare sighting though.
  12. I assume this was meant for lkg276? The email address is provided above.
  13. They seem to try to give you a replacement port. Grandeur could get DR, Turks and Caicos, or maybe Jamaica. November is a long way off though.
  14. Not to excuse it, but shoreside deals with a much broader topic of issues than guest services on board would. Also a lot more he said/she said once you leave the ship.
  15. Those ship engines are overhauled every 2.5 years. Much like aircraft, the age of the ship doesn't mean it's going to have more engine issues than newer ships.
  16. It's much like checking in for a flight, especially an international one. -Add ID info (passport data or birth certificate, etc) -Add emergency contact info -Add a photo (this is optional during check in. They'll take a photo at the port if you don't do it here) -Add a credit card -Select a port arrival time
  17. With the huge gap between the old and new flight, you're well within the typical airline rules for being able to change it for free.
  18. There was a post on Facebook claiming to be an interaction with RC customer support that noted the password change was required due to changes in their login system. Having been involved in implementing a similar upgrade years ago, that makes total sense. But jeez at least send out an email blast letting people know.
  19. Just beware that the "spacious" version of a cabin may not give you that much extra space.
  20. AIr2Sea doesn't change flights. The airlines do. If the flight is paid, then you'd be subject to the change rules of the airline (specific to airline-initiated changes). The airline will usually let you change the flight for free if they changed your itinerary to a flight over a certain amount of time earlier or later. Since the flight is fully ticketed, I'd see if you can change the flight directly through the airline's website. If you can't, call back to Air2Sea and get a different agent who might be more familiar with how to handle this.
  21. I've gotten bit by Bank of America. It seems other have too by people on the inside creating accounts.
  22. Just remember though any time you do anything that involves credit (new car, etc) you have to temporarily lift the freeze.
