CAll them again, you'll get a different answer

But there's no rule that says you have to be tested in the country that the cruise departs from. There's enough travel hassle right now and I surely wouldn't want to seek out a test after flying to that destination only to risk testing positive in a foreign country.

This varies. Once we were asked for an ID for my son (who has a passport), another time no ID was asked for.

The most frustrating thing for me in taking these tests is making sure you're in a room where there won't be any glare when you're asked to scan your QR codes or ID. The proctors must work on a per test started (not completed) basis because I've had a few very quickly say "sorry, can't scan your ID, try again later"

For purposes of the testing, nothing.

You can put minors under an adult's account. All adults need their own account.

If you have a lab printout I'd bet that could be used despite the language in RC's test FAQs.

Bayport was great if you drove. Lots of ample parking right there.

They aren't a member of the crew that one would expect to tip

I just drafted jayesh, the concierge lounge bartender, coming off serenade today

The only thing Canadian customs cared about at disembarkation was the declarations form. No passport or arrivecan. Unless they got that info from passport data provided by RC

You connect the same way you'd connect to any other wifi. Then when you try to go to a website it'll ask you if you want to buy an internet plan or just use the app for free.

Face Masks on Cruise Ship?
smokeybandit replied to Bellerio2000's topic in Royal Caribbean Discussion
Just got off serenade. I'd say 10-15% were wearing masks, which is lower than I expected -
Covid protocol changes
smokeybandit replied to DebColletti's topic in Royal Caribbean News and Rumors
It's saying rapid tests are not nearly as effective now as they were with previous strains -
There's always at least one crew per cruise that I wish would be on all my cruises

On serenade, the Windjammer hasn't been great for gluten free. No gf section and few options that are obvious gf. Staff wasn't sure where to find a gf roll either (though eventually found one). Other restaurants have been just fine.

The time you pick is really a check-in time not a boarding time. You may check in at 11am but it could be noon before you're actually on board due to various reasons unrelated to the actual check in process
