We were told Anthem was approx 3100 on our March 13th cruise. Some cancelled because of bad weather (flights cancelled) on the 12th and couldn’t make it in. Easy to get in shows and dining.

Switch Health Testing - Disappointed
YellowBrickRoad replied to Jen W's topic in Royal Caribbean Discussion
Wow….crazy!! You did it though! Hooray for you!! Our last Saturday drive with that winter weather was no joke. When we got to the hotel after seeing so many accidents, we were spent from the stress but grateful we got there ok. Definitely have to preplan and leave yourself room for unforeseeable situations. Many in our cruise missed the ship because their flights were cancelled. -

Switch Health Covid test question for Canadians?
YellowBrickRoad replied to Bretco4's topic in Royal Caribbean Discussion
For me, I ordered my 2 boxes (total of 4) test kits last Thursday…On Friday my shipment was on its way per email I received and it arrived on Monday. That was pretty quick! Regular shipping method, not rush. -
Switch Health Covid test question for Canadians?
YellowBrickRoad replied to Bretco4's topic in Royal Caribbean Discussion
Thank You for the great info! We received our SH kits in the mail a couple of days ago. I have set up the accounts for the three of us so we are ready when taking test the morning of leaving our cruise since we now know we can take day of with new guidelines ……much easier to be able to do in the room! -
Is the photography package worth it?
YellowBrickRoad replied to Kturner's topic in Royal Caribbean Discussion
We have always ended up getting the photo package…twice should have been done before when we saw it more of a deal. For us, we ended up getting to know the photographers and they took time with getting great shots for us. We love so many of them and some have become our Christmas Card. We were very impressed and have tons of memories attached to them. Totally a personal choice….but the camera loves us….lol -

CANADA> NO MORE PCR TESTS ! BREAKING NEWS
YellowBrickRoad replied to Censored's topic in Royal Caribbean News and Rumors
I just order 4 Switch Health antigen tests (need for 3 of us but comes in a 2 pack) for our March Cruise return (driving) from Cape Liberty to Toronto. We decided to go this route as we can take the test kits with us and do the day prior to coming back… We know we can take at the local Walgreens near port but was worried aboard not enough time as we are driving to land border same day we get off cruise ship. We traveled through the border in Nov but was Walgreens PCR test at the time and had no issues …. I’m watching the news now and officials from both sides are calling for elimination of testing at land borders ……. -
Voom Surf and Stream package
YellowBrickRoad replied to Wanderlust876's topic in Royal Caribbean Discussion
We decided to buy three separate Voom&Stream instead of sharing one code and it was on sale so about same price individually. We found this to be much easier for us than worrying about who is on or kicking anyone off. Will always go this route from now on no matter the price difference. Peace of mind is priceless. -

CANADA> NO MORE PCR TESTS ! BREAKING NEWS
YellowBrickRoad replied to Censored's topic in Royal Caribbean News and Rumors
I emailed the port we have appointments for to find out if they do Antigen tests. We were doing the rapid PCR there as another option if needed it. If not, I’ll do a local Walgreens/CVS there or on our ride back to Toronto. I’m also going to see if we can do the Abbott Antigen test that I would purchase from the USA side and use ….. if applicable. We will see how the antigen works for flying and driving when the news comes out next week. May also change by the time our Mid March cruise sails. The news kept saying “likely” antigen so let’s see what that actually means. -
Approved RCCL Covid-19 testing for Canadians
YellowBrickRoad replied to tlk's topic in Royal Caribbean Discussion
I’m hoping land borders won’t require the antigen as well…. If this is not the case, we can now save money and get the antigen test done at Walgreens/CVS nearby…will see what any new protocols for the home tests are before going that route. At least it’s progress! -

Zoom Surf + Stream 1 Device Verses 3 Device
YellowBrickRoad replied to YellowBrickRoad's topic in Royal Caribbean Discussion
You are not in the minority because after our our last cruise, I realized quickly we needed our own individual accounts…..sanity is huge! -
Is it better to individually get the Zoom Surf+Stream for each of us, this way we get three different sign in codes verses the 3 device plan that has one code to share if we want to use around the same time? I notice the price is also cheaper if we purchase individually…… Thanks in advance for any help.

For disembarkation, Does anyone know what type of testing is available with Immediate Care/Royal Caribbean Testing Partner outside the ship in Port Liberty- New Jersey? Such as a rapid PCR Test? We will be driving back to Toronto and need are results quicker. Thanks!
