  1. I'm a little confused by this. If the Chef's Table is included as part of the 3 night dining package then why the need for the CC Shuffle? Am I missing something?
  2. Hmm, we never received our Emerald pins. I guess we'll be visiting the Loyalty Ambassador next cruise.
  3. Update Just checked the app and online and both are now showing the correct points balance!
  4. I've noticed that it usually takes about week for the points to update on the app and on the website. We got off Voyager last Sunday so was fully expecting to see the points in my account this morning. Opened the app and the point total hasn't changed so I went to the website and sure enough the points haven't updated there too. However, when I check the "past cruises" tab, I do see last week's cruise with the 14 points I earned but it's just not reflecting in the total.
  5. Last August on Odyssey was our first experience in a junior suite and at Coastal Kitchen. We absolutely loved the Coastal Kitchen experience and look forward to having the chance to use it again. We had no issues with making reservations, in fact, most evenings it was only half full and we even managed to have the same table most of the time. The views, especially the Mediterranean sunset, were spectacular!
  6. Just checked my expired Set Sail passes in my Apple Wallet and for both my August 2022 sailing on Odyssey it shows as Suite and my Voyager cruise last week it also shows as Suite.
  7. This will also work when ordering drinks. As long as you have both SeaPass cards then they will let you order.
  8. This made me curious, so I went to check my cruise which was booked through a travel agent. It is in fact "greyed out" and does say that "You don't have a balance due."

  10. If you're thinking private transfer then I highly recommend Cabroma. Their prices were slightly lower than other private transfer companies but the service was top notch in nice new cars. We used their services twice last summer and were very pleased with them.
  11. Just wondering if there are any updates on the situation on Voyager. We sail out in just under 2 weeks and hoping to hear of better experiences. TIA
  12. Another option you may want to consider is taking a cab to the airport and picking up a rental car there. I know some of the rental companies have shuttles from the airport to the port but not sure if that would work the other way. And you won't have the bottleneck of lineups at the port car rental agencies,
  13. You should keep your phone on airplane mode not to incur expensive charges and you can you still use the Royal app on wifi.   14. We did MTD on most cruises with the most recent being last month on Harmony. We haven't experienced the long lines that some people have complained about although on our first night there was a long line as we arrived at our reserved time. We didn't wait long after we spoke to the host. What we did do was to book our meal times on day 1 at the same time as our 3 night dining package to get the MTD times we wanted. All that being said, we weren't travelling with young kids either so our supper times were around 8:00 PM every night.
  15. This is not a possibility! The airport is about an hour drive from the port and normally you would need to be there 3 hours ahead (maybe 2 but that would be pushing it). And the Rome airport is a very busy airport.
  16. The only time we brought the passport with us was last summer when we went to Israel because it was required to enter. Otherwise I'm in the keep it in the safe camp.
  17. Same thing is happening with me. I used to get all the emails and then it suddenly stopped some time ago and now only my wife gets emails. I have checked and double-checked my communication preferences and all is as it should be. I spoke with the host in the Diamond Lounge on Liberty in November and he was going to look after it but nothing has changed. I even spoke with a CS rep who noticed that my emails were set to go to my TA and promised to fix it but still no emails! It's frustrating to say the least.
  18. I believe the way it will work is that there are no tickets for the shows but rather you present your SeaPass card at the entrance. This I have experienced before. There may be a section for suites but I'm not sure. Once you're in then it's general admission. No separate line as usually everybody will need to reserve to get into the show. The reservations requirement is due to the popularity of the show and most probably limited showings as well.

  21. This cruise was cancelled. We were booked on this cruise and we got an email on December 7 saying it was cancelled due to it being "chartered".
  22. We had the same issue last summer on our Mediterranean cruise. As we got closer to sail date the ports of call with missing excursions started showing up and we booked at that time.
  23. Yes you use the normal Sea Pass card in the casino.
  24. We got off Harmony last Sunday. During that cruise my wife hit Prime and the host came to look for her in the casino one evening to see if she got her Prime sticker for her Sea Pass card. She was then able to get drinks for free in the casino after that point. Her new status also shows up in the Club Royale website.
