No, but I'd sure shop around. With the extensive down time ALL excursions have been at risk of TOTAL failure. The economies are dependent on tourism. So my guess is this, work closer than ever with the ships team. They'll shop & find the ones that're viable, book early on board!

One of my favorite ships, I make at least one run a year. Haven't been disappointed to date. I suspect it will be more & more difficult to secure bookings via USA ports for the foreseeable future. If you're lucky enough too, make it the best! Don't concern yourself with rumors, make your own memories!

I didn't check your sailing date, may be all important? A bit early to predict, I guess. As for excursions, if at all within your budget book them. Chances are you'll want the fresh air & time on land. I lean heavy on the exercise, gym mornings. Sauna, pool time, hot tub, still my all-time favorite is 5am coffee and quiet sun rises! On the ocean, unbeatable. And, I miss those so much between outings. Bring some Good Reads, relax, don't worry about services, the best company you'll ever find will be family. If lucky your dinner party also! Be chill

The only reason I decided to go with the vaccine, was in order to cruise without being bothered! I also purchased a 33ft sailboat..., because I sincerely believe our government has failed us!
