  1. You could start here: https://www.royalcaribbeanblog.com/2018/08/13/royal-caribbean-drink-package-right-you
  2. You will each get one account. Each of you can use however many devices you wish, but you can each only be logged into one device at a time (hopefully that makes sense).
  3. Yes and no. You can use it to cruise, but you cannot use it to fly back to the US from a non-US port in the case of an emergency. A passport book is better for cruises.
  4. Here's one: https://www.royalcaribbeanblog.com/cruise-compasses/wonder-of-the-seas/fri-04012022-0000
  5. I'm sorry that you lost your camera, @Kittycat38. This is a fan forum and is not associated with Royal Caribbean, therefore nobody from the company will read your message. I'd suggest attempting to reach them directly on one of their social media platforms if you have additional questions about your lost item (direct message them on Facebook, Twitter, or Instagram). Good luck!
  6. Yes, you will get one Voom account for each guest. You will be able to access it from the app, and there will be instructions in your room upon arrival.
  7. I don't think there are opportunities for that. I wasn't given one (not that my experience is the end-all/be-all).
  8. If you like seafood, a quick Lyft/Uber ride to La Camaronera Seafood Joint and Fish Market in Little Havana is more than worth it. We'll never go to Miami again without stopping there at least once.
  9. We didn't get off of Voyager in September. Last time we were there we found the people to be pretty unfriendly, and knowing they don't want us there? Meh ... Acadia is nice. It's not THAT nice.
  10. Book through a good Travel Agent. It could save you all sorts of headaches later.
  11. You'll need to switch to Traditional Dining if you wish to be seated with others. Good luck!
  12. Since you have MyTime Dining you can plan your dinners around the shows. You can see if there's a Cruise Compass available for prior sailings to get an idea of show times. https://www.royalcaribbeanblog.com/cruise-compass
  13. Make sure you aren't doing this from the main page before you actually hit "plan my cruise". If you hit "plan my cruise" and then look at the top, your order history should be added to that drop down list. If it's not even there, call Royal Caribbean to reprice it.
  14. If you have your own gear you do not need to book the excursion. We always bring our own gear. There are better spots to snorkel than others (you'll see others snorkeling, which is a good clue - I think it's off of Chill Beach), but you can snorkel anywhere that they allow swimming.
  15. Then make sure it's still listed in your Cruise Planner. Call if you have to. Mine was past final payment as well.
  16. Exactly what @AshleyDillo said. Check and make the cruise didn't get canceled. Make sure YOUR cruise didn't get canceled. And I mean that your individual booking didn't get accidentally canceled (in addition to the whole sailing). This happened to me. My first clue that something went terribly wrong was I got a refund of my Cruise Planner Purchases. When I checked, my entire booking had been cancelled accidentally. It took my wonderful TA hours and hours on Mother's Day (while she was with her family), to get everything back.
  17. Rooms are ready around 1-1:30pm. You will not be able to drop your things off. I have a small carry-on bag that has a change of clothes and toiletries that I keep in case my checked bag doesn't make it to my room by dinner. I keep my wallet and passport on me until I have access to my safe. That way I'm still not lugging around my shoulder bag.
  18. You can do it from the Royal Caribbean app (easiest) or from your account (same way you sign into the Cruise Planner).
  19. You just have to go through immigration - you can get back onto the ship after that. Nobody said you have to go into town and find something to do. Personally, for me, it's just not that big of a deal (and it has happened to me). On our last Canada sailing we had to go through immigration before stopping in Portland (which was our last port). They did do it on the ship, but we did have to go through it. It just wasn't that big of a deal. It went very quickly.
  20. Where? Bahamas? Mexico? Eastern Caribbean?
  21. You can. You can either use it for Cruise Planner purchases (you can call them up and ask them to apply the OBC right away instead of waiting right before the sailing), or you can use it to pay for on-board things (purchases, even gratuities). If you want to just take the cash, it's easy to do it in the casino on a slot machine (you don't even have to gamble! I'm terrible at explaining how to do it, but you basically use your SeaPass card in a slot machine, transfer your OBC to use at the casino, and then hit "collect" on the slot machine. Then take it to the cashier for cash).
