  2. No, I don't think that it's too formal of a setting for children. It's nice, but it's filled with cruisers at lunchtime. We also took a short harbor tour the last time we were there. I've never been rained on so much in my entire life, lol (and it was still fun because it's all about attitude!).
  3. This is our favorite place to eat in Halifax! I honestly don't know if it's kid-friendly (I don't know what "kid-friendly" means regarding a restaurant). I do know we'll never NOT go there when in Halifax!

  7. If you are not buying a dining package you can book your specialty restaurants on the Cruise Planner or app at any time they become available.
  8. There's a roll call section for Liberty. Shows cannot be booked in advance on Liberty. Keep checking your app for information about what's going on. As it gets closer events like trivia, dance parties, etc, will start showing up.

  13. I'd post this on the specific role call for the date of your sailing. This was posted on Symphony roll calls, but not under any particular date.
  14. Be sure to post this in the Roll Call (if one has been started) so others on your sailing will see it.

  20. Are you? Keep in mind that the moderators are volunteers and have lives away from this blog. Sorry to read that you are disappointed with the contract you agreed upon when you booked your cruise. Itineraries are never guaranteed. I'm also confused why you dug up a 2 1/2-year-old thread to respond to.
  21. I'd be thrilled to go to Labadee. Not so much Falmouth, but I love staying on the ship when it's Symphony. I'm sorry you're disappointed.

  24. Once you've had something go wrong that was Royal Caribbean's fault, and your travel agent spent over 12 hours on the phone with Royal Caribbean on your behalf fixing it, you may never have a full appreciation of a travel agent. I would have lost a sailing 30 days before departure if it wasn't for my TAs.
