  1. GROUP CRUISE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
  2. Check previous Cruise Compasses with similar itineraries. They are usually on days 2 and 6, but it can vary. https://www.royalcaribbeanblog.com/cruise-compass?ship=1467
  3. Please continue the conversation on the latest thread.
  4. Please continue the discussion on the more recent post.
  5. Have you tried to contact the port authorities at the disembarkation port? When someone does not come back from being on shore before the all aboard time, their passports, wallet, etc are taken out of the safe and given to the port authorities for the person/s who did not make it back to the ship on time. There's no logical reason why an officer would steal your passport. Call the port itself and see if they have them.
  6. I don't recall ever having an option to book CC in the app. I always book through the Suite Concierge, call, or stop by at CC for reservations.
  7. It has not been implemented yet. I don't think they've given any date for the change.
  8. Many of us use M.E.I. Travel (sponsors of Royal Caribbean Blog). They can work with someone in Canada. You can fill out the big yellow form on the home page www.royalcaribbeanblog.com and someone will get back to you!
  9. Tank tops for men will probably be challenged. Never ever do they not look like someone has just walked in from working on the car. I've seen them turn away men in tank tops in the MDR. My husband will generally wear slacks and a collared shirt (occasionally nice jeans, but not on formal night). My attire for the MDR and Specialty restaurants are usually slacks and a nice top, or a dress (nothing super formal). We usually do Specialty dining on Formal nights since we don't bring "formal" clothing for the MDR, but really, they are very loose on the dress code. No swimwear.
  10. You may not fill your water bottle directly from any dispenser, though. You must fill a glass and pour that into your water bottle. But, yes, you can do that.
  11. This is a fan site. You would get more accurate information by contacting Royal Caribbean directly.
  12. Your parents should contact the bank they had the debit card through. They will probably just cut your parents a check once the refund goes through. The funds should still come back to the bank.
  13. This happens to me frequently. I never know why (unless my TA is repricing, getting better deals, and just not telling me).
  14. I suggest travel insurance! Mountain bike riding really involves different skills than spin or road riding (I've done all of these). I don't know that I'd advise tackling something labeled "experienced" if you really aren't familiar with it. But I'm fairly risk averse.
  15. You should send them an email a couple of weeks before your sailing. I believe the email address is [email protected] (but someone will correct me if I'm mistaken).
  16. There's a lot of variety in travel insurance. I aim to purchase mine within 14 days of my initial deposit so that I can have Cancel For Any Reason protection (CFAR). You can purchase your insurance up until the time you leave. It's a good idea to cover your trip door-to-door, which will cover your trip from the minute you leave your house to the minute you get home. If I get in an accident on the way to the port or airport and can't make the sailing, I want coverage. It's also important for me to have coverage for major medical when outside the country, and coverage to get me back to the US if something happens overseas. While my own health insurance does cover me, it would all be out-of-network, and they certainly wouldn't pay to get me back by medivac if needed! But not everyone needs/wants that kind of coverage and maybe just want to cover the sailing. That's why there's no one answer. I like to purchase off of tripinsurance.com, but there are many insurance aggregation sites. Check out a few and see what works for you. I haven't found that the insurance provided by the cruise line covers more than the days you are actually on the ship (you may be able to add onto it, but I don't want the hassle), so I always buy 3rd party.
  17. Possibly, although it's also an Interstate Highway. In any case, no matter whose jurisdiction it belongs to, anybody close would respond lights and sirens and block it off.
  18. The Mayland State Police have jurisdiction, however locals will respond to any emergent situation. The State Police get to write the report.
  19. For 100% certain? No. But if you look at past Cruise Compasses for Radiance, it's been offered. And it's so popular that I can't remember the last time I DIDN'T see it offered on a ship. https://www.royalcaribbeanblog.com/cruise-compass?ship=287
  20. I wouldn't wait. The price is likely to go up and negate your discount anyway, and your choice of rooms won't be as good.
  21. I wouldn't wait. It could (probably will) sell out before sailing.
  22. Children are welcome in Solarium Bistro. They are allowed to walk into the Solarium to get into the venue.
