I'm going to chime in here and wonder why anyone would want to drag their large suitcase on board, especially if you arrive prior to rooms being opened up? If you have to wait in a public area, the suitcases are really going to get in the way of everyone. I just wouldn't want to be stuck with them for 2-3 hours prior to being able to get in my room. It's baffling.

You have to make one yourself if there isn't one (but I just did it for you). Here is the link for Cruise Compasses that have been uploaded. You can get a rough idea of what's going on, but you'll probably have to wait until much closer to your sailing and see if anyone uploads something. A lot of information will be available on the Royal Caribbean app as you get closer to your saling (you're still pretty far out). https://www.royalcaribbeanblog.com/cruise-compass?ship=434

Check any YouTube Odyssey ship tour and you will see where the casitas are located.

It's not nicknamed the "vomit rocket" for nothing -
Haiti Travel Advisory

I do not think they will. I feel like there's a travel warning for Haiti every few months. -

Are Luggage tags required for carry on?
SpeedNoodles replied to EddieC's topic in Royal Caribbean Discussion
It is not uncommon, however, for people to put tags on their carry-ons, just in case they accidentally leave them sitting somewhere and they walk away. -
Alaska Cruise - What to bring (clothing-wise)
SpeedNoodles replied to foulmouthedleon's topic in Royal Caribbean Discussion
My last cruise in the month of May had temps of over 80 degrees EVERY port day. You just never know what you're going to get in Alaska. -
Cart Items - Do we keep the sale price?
SpeedNoodles replied to Derek V's topic in Royal Caribbean Dining
I have found that the price does not stay the same if it sits in the cart. -
If you are already off of the ship, then you are pretty much out of luck. If you are still on the ship, try to get hold of the Hotel Director.

Royal Up bidding process is different
SpeedNoodles replied to Sailor Dee's topic in Royal Caribbean Discussion
I've been able to review my bids right on the Cruise Planner. I find it much easier now since it's all in one place. -
Discounts on Drink Packages and Excursions
SpeedNoodles replied to Ike's topic in Royal Caribbean Discussion
You can cancel them on your Cruise Planner and rebook them right away at the lower price. -
My husband uses an EmeTerm band and it works very well.

Which ship?

Typically if you want "Cancel for Any Reason" you need to purchase the plan within 14 or 15 days of putting down your first deposit on the trip. I'm kicking myself that I forgot to do that for my next 2 cruises. For me, a sick family member can keep me from going on the cruise. But according to insurers, dogs/horses are NOT considered family members, so they don't fall under policies that don't cover CFAR. With a 32-year-old horse and 2 senior dogs ... well, I'm just an idiot.

CB denotes Connecting Balcony cabins.

According to www.cruisedeckplans.com, that is a category 3D. I would not expect it to change at this point. You can find photos of nearby, similar cabins on that site as well.

"An arm and a leg" is very subjective. My personal favorite is the Kimpton Epic. Last time I went to book, though, it was more than the Intercontinental, so (sadly) I booked that instead.

Yes, my husband and I always buy 1 person, 2 devices. The difference is that when you buy multiple devices under one name, there is one login/password. Only 2 devices can be logged in (in our example) at a time. So if my husband is logged in on his phone, and I'm logged in on my phone, and he decides he wants to use is IPad, one device must be logged off (or one will get knocked off, not always the one you wanted, if you don't intentionally log off). When you buy 2 people, 1 device, each will have their own login/password. He'd have the same issue (in this example), but he'd only be knocking himself off, never me (accidentally or otherwise). We don't think it's worth the extra cost to have each person have their own "account". Save the money and do 1 person, 3 devices.

Not every part of it involves any embarrassment on the part of participants. It's really just quite fun.
