Suite Lounge must be boring. The Pinns keep infiltrating the Crown Lounge and blinding me with their bling

Yeah I have 2 instant certs for the 800pt threshold and one for 1500 while only showing 1,015 points..so it doesn't quite add up. I won't call til closer to the expiration of the first certificate. Folks on the casino groups say they've been told to give it 30 days. The expiry dates should be proof enough of when they were earned.

They should have an egg drop competition..have them sign up for that. Unfortunately Vision is one of the older ships and doesn't have the fun activities of the newer, larger ships that Royal advertises.

I have some, but I've had 2 sailings..one was split over the new casino year so that may be the one missing points. I didn't think to keep track of how many I earned on those sailings

We are at a full stop and they are out there removing the benches on the helipad. We also went some weird route for our Bimini stop tomorrow

I was boring today..got some work done. I took a break and checked out the Make A Wish auction on the pool deck. I heard it's only for April which is a shame because they were auctioning off some cruise planner items at a discount...like $100 for 2 for the full behind the scenes ship tour or a speciaty restaurant for 2 for $70. I would much rather pay that and have it go to Make A Wish.

It was actually three carrot slices, thank you very much! I felt like I won the lottery.

Avis/Budget is who I use. They have a location that's about 2 miles from the Miami port (SE 1st Avenue) There's a free shuttle but I always just take a Lyft because I'm impatient Then the drop-off is in Cape Canaveral (2.5 miles from Port Canaveral) and there's a shuttle available there as well.

I snuck off to my room after lunch... And Oscar made it happen..my luggage was waiting in my room. Other than a quick run to my muster station to check in, I just stayed holed up working in the cabin. I have the same dinner time and table as last week but it isn't the same waitstaff. I saw on the app I had been assigned the same table and just assumed they would be here and I could tip for both cruises at the end...oops.

Caesar salad Chicken...this was super salty but it was actually very, very flavorful too! Would order it again and hope it was less salty. I heard griping around the interwebs that this was taken off whatever menu it usually shows up on, so I ordered it. The cookie part was good but the ice cream was overly sweet.

I have done Miami to Port Canaveral with no issue. I used a one-way car rental and drove myself. I wouldn't consider flying and the Brightline is too out of the way and could be subject to delays.

I skipped MDR on the last night..Caribbean night is not my fave and I had ruined my dinner with a late snack from Fish & Ships. Did some damage in the casino and ended up with an instant certificate...it was all 10-hand video poker. I am definitely qualified for Prime now despite my prior 2 sailings this month not showing points on the Club Royale site. I decided to hit up 3-card poker on the way out and hit a 4 of a kind so that was a nice little payout. Packed up for turnaround day...and set an early alarm and woke up before the sun had burned off the yuck. I was able to stay in my cabin and work until 9:30 and then I met up in the Star Lounge with about 50 others. They will have a lunch for us in the dining room at 11:30. Now we are waiting to be called to get our new SeaPass cards.

Halifax is extremely walkable right out of the port area. I would suggest walking around until you see something interesting. If you're looking for "local" maybe check out Smokes for poutine. Also check if the BeaverTails is open at the waterfront..I think their summer season ends October so you may be in luck. It's effectively Canada's answer to the funnel cake.

You get the luggage tag and the pin on the cruise following the one you turn D+. Those are different from the chosen amenity you get on each sailing. This is the current amenity list

Request a change from whomever you booked the cruise with..your TA can do it or you can call Royal if you booked directly. If there's not availability they can wait list you for early/late dining. All else fails, visit the MDR when you board and ask to change. You can call Crown & Anchor to make the change. They say give it at least 10 days before your cruise. If you get the wrong thing or want to change onboard you can visit the Loyalty Ambassador on the ship.

The Pan American pier doesn't have a lot nearby. If you take a taxi/Uber down to Old San Juan, Barrachina Restaurant (claims the Pina colada) stores luggage.

Oscar has been killing it with the mini menagerie.. Matches the theme of the little choking hazard I found yesterday..remote for scale. And got my B2B letter!

Same...sometimes I board before it's even open and there's never a rush when they open the doors.
