We loved the train ride! It was nice and relaxing. It is 2 story and we opted to ride in the lower level because it has A/C.  The down side to that is you do miss some of the scenery. If we go back, we will ride up top.
They served a nice rum punch and they had a choral group that moved through the cars singing. It was nice.
I recommend bringing a nice camera because the ocean views are breathtaking.
We booked ours though RCCL, I'm sure when it gets closer to your sailing, it will show up. I have found that a lot of sailing have much fewer excursion listed because the lines are negotiating with the tour companies. They drop the low performing ones, or the ones with lots of complaints  That is a very popular excursion so I'm sure it will show up..

Send an email to [email protected] and include your reservation number, ship name and departure date.  Ask them for the entertainment lineup and they'll respond with all the bands, comedians, headliners, etc. (usually takes a couple weeks).

Yep. RCL BINGO is pretty expensive but every once in a while you get lucky. Two cruises ago, I won the "Free Cruise for Two" final bingo of the cruise. I used that (with an upgrade I paid for) to get a nice nine day cruise to the Southern Caribbean this past January. Of course, I played bingo on that cruise and didn't win a thing - not even their little pull tabs.  Oh well. You win some and lose a lot more!

Having been on Symphony's Maiden voyage I got to try Hooked restaurant, we had this booked up for day 5 of the cruise at 8pm. the restaurant was fairly busy but we were seated in good time and met the waiter Robert who was outstanding. I've attached some images for you all to drool over.

    Main Menu^

These were a sort of pre starter, very hard to explain what they are but it was like breadcrumb / cheese straw but in a cluster .... whatever they were they were scrumptious

take a look at the oyster shooters!

Calamari which was not rubbery in the slightest

Muscles in a white wine sauce, one gripe was that the pot was a little too deep to get the remaining sauce out but I got there in the end

Shrimp Coktail, pretty standard really but my father in Law ate it all!

    Clam Chowder ... faultless

Captains platter which is a lobster tail, this fell straight out the shell, shrimps and a whole filler of cod which was one of the best meals ive had on a ship

my fiancé grace had the roll , she admitted she ordered wrong but the flavour was still amazing

now for the Sides! the mac and cheese was to die for! we got 2 portions, fries and corn on the cob were all fantastic

another picture of my half eaten captains platter

one of the shooters, certainly an experience to be had if you have the drinks package

we didn't have much room for desert but here they are

well and truly HOOKED for hooked
overall as I've heard a few say the menu could have some improvements I guess but its very early doors for Hooked but I can certainly see it being a hit on other ships in the future.
would I go back Most Defiantly

Hey @kontraxed, welcome to the boards!
I will be sailing on SY in little over a month, so I will update you how the app is working and what functionality there is at this moment.
Like both Matt and twangster have said, the app is still a work in progress! By your sailing in May of next year, most functionality will hopefully be added to the app. This will include Facial Scanning Check-in at PortMiami, Drink Ordering, Luggage Tracking, Dinner and Shore Reservations, Deck Plans, Online Cruse Compass, and more features to make your cruise as easy and enjoyable.
Hope this helps answer your questions even more!
