AFAIK Coastal Kitchen menus have not changed.

A little research would have given you this information. MTD starting at 6:45 has been the norm for quite some time. It was that way a year ago on our Harmony cruise and again in October on Explorer. I made MTD for our May Harmony cruise back in August & 6:45 is the earliest time available. Gotta clear early traditional dining first.

So then what’s your point? People say they can’t drink enough to justify it. The other included beverages you mention can be had much cheaper with the refreshment or soda packages. So to make the DBP of value, you have to drink enough booze.

Ok the DBP is not worth it for me because I can’t drink that much for the entire cruise. I don’t drink specialty coffee, don’t care about fresh squeezed OJ, find the ship’s water perfectly acceptable and bring wine with me. PSA - it’s not for everyone. Sorry to drive you nuts.

Additionally, the suites concierge will email you about 5 days before your cruise. You can respond with any reservations or special requests you may have/want.

I had that same issue with an MEI agent, flight issues day of & she indicated she could be of no help. She did send insurance paperwork but then we were on our own. I had received good prompt service both prior & after but it did leave a bad taste in my mouth.

My brother & nephew tried every flight/every airline/3 different airports to get to Florida from the Boston area. Actually drove to 2 of them only to have every rebooked flight cancelled for both day before and day of the cruise. It was a nightmare.

This happened to my brother AND he was flying in the day before!

The “add a reservation” link in the app and on the website doesn’t work?

We are in JS this time so no free internet. We don’t need it so I’d never pay for it but my grandson (who isn’t with us) does better when he talks to daddy (my son who will be) regularly. With the 2 free 24 hour periods, I can get 4 days worth of phone calls. If I use my Verizon travel plan on our Mexico days, I think I can get 2 more for $10. That should cover it and my SWA check in on our last day. It works on Coco Cay?

I have not purchased internet packages. I should be able to choose the 1 day option for me and then another 1 day option for my husband for days of our choosing correct? And is it a calendar day or 24 hours from activation?

And I spent 25 years as a Customer Service Supervisor for a major nationwide retailer. Someone coming at me (or my staff) with attitude never got what they wanted. If you asked with respect and a cool head, we went out of our way to make you happy.

I have set up in a word document: flights down with all conf #s precruise hotel conf #s and phone number to call for shuttle from airport shuttle from hotel to port conf # & phone # cruise reservation #s excursion confirmations for each port shuttle conf# for return to FLL Flights back with conf #s plus whatever other OCD information I can add!! I will have a hard copy plus will email a copy to everyone to save on their phones.

Any thoughts on how this might extend to a third adult in the cabin?
