  1. Thanks for sharing your experience @rjac. Sorry it happened to you, but sounds like you made the best of it. And that 100% FCC will be mighty sweet when you cash it in.
  2. The cruise line did lift it, but the website verbiage hasn't been updated yet
  3. Welcome to the message boards! 6. Welcome to the message boards! Have you listened to Episode 464 of the Royal Caribbean Blog Podcast which is about how AJ cruises while blind? https://www.royalcaribbeanblog.com/podcast/episode-464-cruising-while-blind
  7. Si reservaste el crucero con Royal Caribbean, debes contactarlos. Si reservó con un sitio web o un agente de viajes, comuníquese con ellos.
  8. First, they'd have to place an order for a new ship. This is complicated by their debt situation. As an example, when RCG restructured some of their loans in 2020, there was a stipulation they could not take certain actions, such as "Issuance of debt or equity other than for liquidity". So financing a new ship may be an example of what they can't do. Granted, I have no idea if that restructured deal is now settled, but wanted to provide an example of how their existing loans could impact their ability to place new ship orders.

  10. It's automatic denial, or at least it was in 2022 when I tried it.

  13. Registration opens at 1pm and, yes, I would recommend going at that time to sign him up. What you don't want to do is be that parent that brings their kid later in the evening with Adventure Ocean is open and wants to register and blocks everything up.
  14. Freedom is a Freedom Class, while Adventure is a Voyager Class. That means Freedom is a bit larger, and also has been upgraded in 2020. Adventure did not receive similar updates (she was last updated in 2016 and 2018). Both are good ships for different reasons.
  15. Royal Caribbean is a family cruise line and there will be kids, even if it's September. Probably less than in July, but still substantial amount. In fact, there's usually a good mix of all ages, from kids to grey hairs, to crypt keepers.

  19. While that's definitely the Royal Caribbean logo, that's not a Royal Caribbean shirt. I'm going to go on a limb and say the logo is not licensed for use on that shirt.
