WAAAYTOOO Posted November 12, 2018 Report Share Posted November 12, 2018 I'm not sure you can apply the discount pre cruise. I think it works similarly to the D+ discount...you have to do it after you board. I can't say for sure as I have never tried to use the casino Voom discount. I feel almost certain that they will NOT allow you to combine it with the D+ discount but again, no personal knowledge or experience. I have only ever used the D+ discount.
