luv2sail
My mom got a quote on a CL today directly from Royal. The agent said that you had 20 days to have your deposit refunded (if you change your mind) before it becomes nonrefundable. Is this true? I have never heard of this policy. Thanks so much for your help!!
SpeedNoodles
My cruise contract for my suite does not allow for any time to have my deposit refunded. It was nonrefundable from the start. RCIfan1912 and luv2sail 1
Ampurp85
Anything that is nonrefundable, stays that way and the deposit on a suite is nonrefundable.
luv2sail
Thanks! That didn't sound correct. Our last cruise was prior to the suite deposit amout change. So, I didn't know if that made a difference or if there was some kind of new consumer protection law. Thanks again!
