Question about sky class balconies

Recommended Posts

I have a very niche question which about the sky class balcony on SpectrumOTS as it is kind of in its own unique ecosystem.

Recently won a Royal up bid and was upgraded to a sky class balcony (yay!). On the website about the benefits listed here: https://www.royalcaribbean.com/sgp/en/faq/questions/what-are-the-benefits-of-royal-suite-class? There is a mention about free zoom for sky class but then says not for all sky junior suites, depending on ship. Spectrum is included but the cabin is a sky class balcony.

So my question, is a sky balcony included as a sky junior suite for the purposes of the zoom benefit, or should i just buy the internet package?

Because I have to always work on my cruises I always purchase the internet plan however when I was first booked on the Spectrum I was told it was an SS benefit, however, my T A was able to get us booked on the Seven Seas Splendor, and we decided to try out Regent.

Just got an email from the suite concierge! Sky balconies have zoom included! The wording was a bit confusing in the faq but the email cleared things up. I guess all sky class rooms are considered suites, even the sky balcony!

Not on all ships. Royal changed this after introducing Sky Junior Suites. Internet is only included on Icon, Utopia, Spectrum and possibly one other ship.
