We are considering paying for the week for one device just to be able to be contacted by family if necessary...but I'm sure 3 or 4 days would do us realistically...so do we pay for 3 or 4 random days onboard or a week now...all down to price really...it's currently on special but only saving about 50 bucks buy paying for the week. That's a continuous 24 hours of use so once you purchase the 24 hour clock starts then. They do pro rate the packages onboard, so if you want to purchase the remaining days of the "voyage", you will only have to pay for the X number of days you have left.
