Are the menu theme nights on the app accurate onboard?

Looking at making reservations based on the app menus and what’s offered on a specific day. My last cruise, onboard did not match with what was scheduled on the app weeks prior to sailing. For example the app said Italian night was day 2, and onboard it was actually day 5. Is it still like this?

The app shows the menu for that ship's current cruise. There's always a chance that it won't match your cruise.  Though as long as the current cruise is the same length and home port as your cruise, it should match.

And currently it is not showing any menu for Coastal Kitchen.

This is most likely the case. 

The menu is identical for each cruise that is the same length.  For example a 7 day cruise will have the exact same menu on the same days regardless of the itinerary (at least on North American sailings, I'm not positive about European or Australian).  However a 4 day cruise will have a different menu selection than the first 4 days of the 7 day cruises, but all the 4 day cruise menus will be identical regardless of itinerary.
