Fredsbabe87 Posted June 23, 2023 Report Share Posted June 23, 2023 I recently placed a deposit on a Dec. 2023 cruise and I see it on the RCCL app on my phone, but it does not show up in my online account when using my laptop. When I click on "Don't see your cruise?" then "Add a cruise" and enter my reservation #, etc., I get a prompt telling me it's already linked to my account. The cruise was booked through MEI Travel. Jack805 Posted June 24, 2023 Report Share Posted June 24, 2023 I had something similar happen recently, and actually took logging out of the APP and logging back in to have the recently booked sailings show. Jack805 Posted June 26, 2023 Report Share Posted June 26, 2023 And I just booked another cruise with a friend, and getting the same message. I'm giving it the night to process. My card was charged by Royal, but booked through my TA's after-hours site so sometimes she has to call Royal to get everything squared away after a booking before it shows.
