Purchasing Bottle of Wine Board

Can someone please clarify if I’m allowed to purchase a bottle of wine onboard and take it back to my room for consumption?

I believe so but I don't drink alcohol. I'm still pretty sure this is a yes.

absolutely. You can order it thru room service as well. If you have the drink package its better just to get glasses to avoid the extra charge. You get 40% off bottles with a drink package. I would also recommend taking 2 bottles on with you if you want bottles in your room.

Yes. We've purchased through the MDR as well as through bars to take back to the cabin. If you are on a ship with a Vintages, they may even give you a cute bottle bag for it.

That’s great! Thank y’all for the clarification. We do have the drink package but we’ve never taken advantage of the 40% off bottles before. We knew about purchasing a bottle at dinner and enjoying in the MDR,  but when I saw a earlier question about enjoying drinks on the balcony it got me wondering if this could be a nice option. We will indeed have two bottles to bring on board, but very nice to have knowledge that we can purchase one and enjoy in room as well. We are on Ovation in a couple of weeks and thought how nice it would be to make a visit to Vintage’s. Then back to our room and watch Alaska go by. Thanks for the education!
